Effective 21 September 2026
ONATISI is the service operator. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to onatisi@zoho.com.
The authentication platform supplies a stable account identifier, email address and, when available, a name. ONATISI stores this identity information privately; public activity uses one chosen public alias. We also store Topics, comments, replies, votes, predictions, points, reports, moderation decisions, newsletter choices and limited security/audit records.
We use account data to sign members in, prevent duplicate votes, operate discussion features, enforce rules, protect accounts, investigate abuse, maintain audit records and send requested updates. We do not make email addresses or platform names public as a display-name fallback.
Your chosen alias, avatar, profile text and approved contributions may be visible. Your platform name and sign-in email are not public profile fields. Do not publish private information about yourself or another person.
Hosting, authentication, database and media-storage providers process data to run ONATISI. Access is limited to what is operationally necessary.
You can edit profile details and self-deactivate. Public profile visibility and participation stop on deactivation. Contributions, safety reports and audit records may be retained where needed for integrity, legal obligations, dispute handling and abuse prevention. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion review.
ONATISI uses role checks, rate limits, bounded inputs, audit logs and restricted media handling. No system can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be dated on this page.
Points are non-monetary reputation records. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed.
